– Porsche 997.1 Turbo 3,6l
to be used with OEM 74mm throttlebody
IPD Intake Plenum – flow-optimised air intake to improve air supply.
Consisting of:
– 1x IPD Intake Plenum, optimised Y-pipe construction made from cast aluminium. To be used with OEM Ø74mm throttlebody
Fits for:
– Porsche 997.1 Turbo 3,6l
Features:
– Efficient high-performance upgrade
– Noticable more power and torque
– More and consistent supply of fresh air
– Proofed and test on the dyno
– Vehicle-specific component
– High quality manufactured from cast aluminium
– Easy installation thanks to perfect fitting accuracy
Attention:
The Porsche 997.1 Turbo is equipped with a particularly sensitive control unit which reacts to even small changes in ambient conditions and makes adjustments to the engine management system. It is therefore very important to ensure that the test conditions remain constant during any pre- and post-measurements. In addition, the Porsche 997.1 Turbo requires a certain break-in time to adjust to the higher and faster air supply through the IPD Intake Plenum in order to develop its full potential. This is achieved either by a series of test bench runs or by a particularly "engine-challenging" drive over a distance of approx. 20 to 80 kilometres.
