Service Advisor

We are offering the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at Parr. Working with one of the most prestigious brands and enthusiast customers, it calls for high attention to detail, excellent organisation, and superb customer relations. Parr strives to provide a service and experience like no other!

The role is critical to the main operation of the company and requires full integration into being part of the great team we already have. It will require creating new and maintaining long standing relationships with customers and ensuring the communication between customers needs and the workshop runs seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop with maintaining an efficient diary in mind.
• Liaising with the workshop, parts and aftersales to keep track of vehicle progress and ensuring works are being completed as expected.
• Providing exceptional customer service including updating customers whilst their car is in our workshop, handing over vehicles after service work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

 Skills /Knowledge / Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ service advisor experience
• Excellent administrative and computer skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Able to demonstrate an ability to build strong, positive working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• You will need to be able to communicate complex problems in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer problems.
• Knowledge of the Porsche brand would be advantageous.
