SERVICE ADVISOR

The position calls for high attention to detail, excellent organisation, and superb customer relations. Parr strives to provide a service and experience like no other!

The role is critical to the main operation of the company and requires full integration into being part of the great team we already have. It will require creating new and maintaining long standing relationships with customers and ensuring the communication between customers needs and the workshop runs seamlessly.

Key responsibilities-

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop with maintaining an efficient diary in mind.
• Liaising with the workshop, parts and aftersales to keep track of vehicle progress and ensuring works are being completed as expected.
• Providing exceptional customer service including updating customers whilst their car is in our workshop, handing over vehicles after service work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
