Interior plastics are treated with Swissvax Protecton Matt, this is a preservative and care product enriched with jojoba and other essential oils for interior plastics. It restores moisture that the plastic has lost and returns the original matt sheen to the plastic parts. All switches, vents and instruments are cleaned and dusted using specialised brushes.

Optional Extras
  • Paintwork Wet Sanding – This is used to remove heavy paint defects and scratches. This uses abrasive paper to sand down the clear coat lacquer to achieve a flat finish and remove deep imperfections. After, a three-stage polish is used to bring the paintwork back up to a high gloss finish. During any of our detailing processes we will inform you if we feel the finish could benefit from wet sanding. This can be carried out on a panel by panel basis so please enquire for further information.

  • Headlight Restoration (£90 INC VAT when combined with any detail) – UV light deteriorates plastic over time. In the restoration process the headlight is wet sanded to reveal fresh un-damaged plastic and then highly polished back to new condition. Finally, a UV resistant coating is applied to protect the new plastic.
  • Engine Bay (From £75 INC VAT) – The Engine bay is steam cleaned and fully degreased using non-acidic degreasers. All plastics and rubbers are treated accordingly with Swissvax products.
